Beverly Payne, General Manager at the Conrad London St James hotel and Director at Accelerate Hospitality, is a proud founding member of HIT Scotland. She became a Patron in 2020.

Passionate about talent and people development, believing this to be the only way to deliver successful hospitality, Beverly Chairs the Scholarship Committee.  She has been an integral part in the evolution of our prestigious HIT scholarship programme having immense impact on our scholar's careers and personal development.  Beverly is well respected in the Scottish hospitality industry and is a tremendous asset to HIT.   Beverly is also a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality.
