Alyson Bailey,  Leisure Ventures, The Litmus Partnership Ltd

Alyson is proud to have been a trustee since 2008 and brings to HIT a strong background in commercial retail catering and operational management. She has worked in a number of sectors within the hospitality industry; currently Joint Managing Director of Leisure Ventures a division of The Litmus Partnership - a specialist Foodservice and Catering Consultancy.

Alyson has held senior roles focused on change management, developing and building teams and long-term client relationships. Coupled with her great enthusiasm for the industry her power as a team player and her passion for developing the best talent in the Scottish hospitality industry she has proved a valuable addition to our team.
