o   A 2 day programme designed for those with overall responsibility for leading the organisation /  in senior strategic and decision-making roles

  • Leadership Level

o   A 2 day programme tailored for those accountable for shaping, managing and delivering the company marketing strategy

 Prerequisites / Expected Experience:

Designed for senior executives with overall responsibility for leading the organisation.  Participants should:

  • Hold a board or senior leadership role with oversight of business performance and growth.

  • Have strategic accountability for brand positioning, commercial outcomes, or organisational direction.

  • Possess a broad understanding of marketing and sales functions, even if not directly managing day-to-day activity.

  • Be ready to explore how marketing can act as a commercial growth driver and align it with wider business objectives.

Target Participants:          Tailored for those accountable for shaping and delivering your marketing strategy, for example a Marketing Manager / Head of Department.

 Prerequisites / Expected Experience:

Tailored for marketing and commercial leaders accountable for shaping and delivering marketing strategy.  Participants should:

  • Be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales plans that drive business performance.

  • Have experience managing campaigns, digital channels, or customer engagement activity.

  • Understand key marketing metrics and performance drivers.

  • Be looking to strengthen strategic capability, improve cross-functional alignment, and link marketing impact to sales and profitability.
