Join us on Thursday, 29th January 2026, at the beautiful Brig o’Doon House Hotel in Alloway for what promises to be the Burns Supper of the Year — a truly memorable evening of celebration, culture and Scottish hospitality.
Set in the heart of Burns Country, overlooking the iconic Tam O’Shanter’s Bridge, the evening will bring together friends and colleagues from across the industry to honour Scotland’s national poet in style.
Guests will enjoy an exceptional evening of fine food, top-class entertainment and warm hospitality. There will also be the opportunity to bid on a selection of exclusive fundraising prizes, with all proceeds supporting HIT Scotland’s scholarship programme — nurturing and developing the next generation of talent within Scotland’s hospitality industry, an industry close to Burns’ heart.

Please note, our payment terms are immediate. Event bookings are not confirmed until the invoice has been paid in full.
HIT events are photographed & filmed and the images & footage may be used by HIT Scotland for publicity purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed please advise HIT or the events team at the time of booking.
HIT Scotland reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. Cancellation within a week of the event date will be 100% of the cost. If a paid booking is cancelled up to a week before the event, we can give you a credit note for the full amount to use for a future event, or we can refund you the cost minus any card payment fees incurred (if you paid by card either when booking at our website or paying the invoice online).
