Join us on Thursday 16th May at the iconic Old Course Hotel in St Andrews for the 2019 HIT Discovery Dinner.
The event is a celebration of the best of the region’s food and drink. The evening begins with cocktails from Malmaison Dundee and canapes from Hotel du Vin St Andrews, followed by a sumptuous four course dinner, prepared under the direction of Chef Martin Hollis in collaboration with many of the leading Chefs in the Tayside area. The teams from Apex City Quay Hotel, the Old Course Hotel and the Doubletree by Hilton Dundee will each create a mouthwatering dish, with a starter from the students of Dundee & Angus College, showcasing a great mix of the area’s current and future talent.
Local radio legend Gary Robinson will be our MC for the evening, and we’re delighted to have Andy Lothian, CEO of Insights Group as our guest speaker.
Fundraising is vital to all that HIT Scotland does, allowing us to continue to empower inspirational development for the Scottish hospitality industry, through our scholarship programme, and we have a fantastic array of raffle and auction prizes up for grabs on the night.
