Join us on Thursday 14th May at the Apex City Quay Hotel in Dundee for our 2020 Discovery Dinner, hosted by MC Alex Fleming, who will keep us smiling.
It’s a great opportunity to catch up with industry colleagues from the local area, and celebrate the best of the region, with a sumptuous four course dinner created by a mix of fabulous chefs. The evening will begin with cocktails courtesy of Malmaison Dundee, with canapes from St Andrews University. The Old Course Hotel are creating the starter, with the intermediary course by Doubletree by Hilton Dundee, and the Apex Hotel taking charge of the main course. Students from Dundee & Angus College will be keeping us sweet, they are producing the dessert!
Fundraising is vital to all that HIT Scotland does, allowing us to continue to empower inspirational development for the Scottish hospitality industry, through our scholarship programme, and we have a fantastic array of raffle and auction prizes up for grabs on the night.

HIT Scotland reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled up to a month before the event date, this will be 50% of the cost. If the booking is cancelled less than a month before the event date, this will be 100% of the cost.
