Price: Standard ticket - £99pp. Fundraising ticket - £129pp fundraising ticket (fundraising ticket pre-pays a £20 donation to our raffle and £10 donation for the icebreaker game)
Join us on Thursday, 7 May 2026, at the Old Course Hotel, Golf & Spa in St Andrews for the HIT Discovery Dinner.
This special evening will bring together friends and colleagues from across the hospitality industry to connect and celebrate. Guests can look forward to outstanding cuisine, first-class entertainment and renowned hospitality. The evening will also feature an auction of exclusive fundraising prizes, with all proceeds supporting HIT Scotland’s scholarship programme, helping to nurture and develop the next generation of hospitality talent in Scotland.

Please note, our payment terms are immediate. Event bookings are not confirmed until the invoice has been paid in full.
HIT events are photographed & filmed and the images & footage may be used by HIT Scotland for publicity purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed please advise HIT or the events team at the time of booking.
HIT Scotland reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. Cancellation within a week of the event date will be 100% of the cost. If a paid booking is cancelled up to a week before the event, we can give you a credit note for the full amount to use for a future event, or we can refund you the cost minus any card payment fees incurred (if you paid by card either when booking at our website or paying the invoice online).
