A host of attendees from the hospitality sector will come together for a fun afternoon to help support the growing emerging talent in hospitality.

Our MC Grant Stott will entertain throughout the afternoon and we can promise to impress with a delicious 3 course lunch paired with fine wines.

Jak O’Donnell will be joining us as our guest speaker at the lunch.  Jak is a chef, restaurateur and finalist (twice!) in BBC 2s Great British Menu.  Her restaurants, The Sisters have been operating in Glasgow for the past 21 years and are a real reflection of great Scottish fayre cooked simply.  Jak will tell us more about her culinary journey, the challenges, the highs and what she has learned through her career so far.
