A host of attendees from the hospitality sector will come together for a fun afternoon to help support the development of the growing talent in hospitality.

Our MC Boogie (Andy Bouglas from Forth 1) will entertain throughout the afternoon and we can promise to impress with a delicious 3 course lunch paired with fine wines.

We're delighted to welcome guest speaker, Mark Flanagan, the Queen's personal chef and head chef to the Royal household. He is in charge of a team of more than 50 people working at court, and is in charge of all meals for the royal household including the royal household. Also in attendance will be previous HIT Scholar, member of the Roux cooking dynasty and judge on Master Chef: The Professionals, Alain Roux.

This event will sell out so book now to secure your place.

Fundraising is vital to all that HIT Scotland does, allowing us to continue to empower inspirational development for the Scottish hospitality industry, through our scholarship programme, and we have a fantastic array of raffle and auction prizes up for grabs on the day.
