Our HIT Edinburgh Lunch has gone virtual!
Join us for a tasty couple of hours early evening on Friday 20th November 2020! Your ticket includes a goodie box for one with some delights to help you start the weekend in style. The box includes some prosecco and white wine from Wine Importers , olives from Brindisa, and mini boxes of drinks biscuits from The Drinks Bakery.
The evening will include a tutored tasting of the prosecco and Mâcon-Villages, Domaine Les Chenevières 2017 wine from the experts at Wine Importers, and we will learn how to make festive canapes with Chef Barry Bryson. He will demonstrate how luxury can go a long way, and will feature some great Scottish products. We’ll also have a conversation with chefs Barry, MasterChef Professionals winner Gary Maclean, and Major Del Hamilton who has served all over the world, with a chance for you to pose questions to the experts!
Delivery - Drinks boxes can be picked up from The Sheraton Hotel and Spa in Edinburgh or delivered to your door at an additional cost of £8.00 per box. Bookings must be made by Friday 13th Nov to ensure delivery.
Please note HIT events are photographed & filmed and the images & footage may be used by HIT Scotland for publicity purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed please advise HIT or the events team at the time of booking. We may take some “screen shot” photos during this virtual event.
HIT Scotland reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled up to a month before the event date, this will be 50% of the cost. If the booking is cancelled less than a month before the event date, this will be 100% of the cost. If the box has already been collected or sent out, you cannot cancel.
