Price: £95 per ticket, tables of 8 are £760. OR Fundraising ticket is £125 (which pre-pays entry into the £10 Icebreaker and the £20 Table Raffle fundraising on the night)
Join us on Friday 29th October for the HIT Edinburgh Lunch which will return once again to the fabulous Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa.
A host of attendees from the hospitality sector will come together for a fun afternoon to help support the development of talent in the industry. This will be the first time that many of us have met up face to face for nearly two years. Enjoy being part of the network again and feel the buzz of excitement when the corks start popping!
Our MC is comedian and entrepreneur Larah Bross, aka Mama Bross, Owner of Bross Bagels empire in Edinburgh and beyond. She will be joined (digitally) by Dr Ian Yeoman - probably the world’s only futurologist in the travel and tourism game and NZ's No 1 Sunderland fan. Dr Yeoman will be delving into the world of science fiction or emerging concepts in technology which, with a little bit of imagination, could have a transformational effect on the future of tourism in his talk entitled "What Technologies Have Not Been Invented Yet?". We will also hear from a panel of upcoming hospitality industry members on innovation and sustainability – looking positively towards the future of our industry.
Fundraising is vital to all that HIT Scotland does, allowing us to continue to empower inspirational development for the Scottish hospitality industry, through our scholarship programme, and we will have a fantastic array of raffle and auction prizes up for grabs on the day.
