Price: Standard ticket - £100; Fundraising ticket - £130 (fundraising ticket pre-pays a £20 donation to our raffle and £10 donation for the icebreaker game).

The countdown has begun! Get ready to dress to impress for an unforgettable night filled with celebration, entertainment, and generosity. This year’s Highland Dinner is set to deliver more excitement, more energy, and even more reasons to raise your glass.

Your host for the evening, STV’s Nicola McAlley, will take the spotlight as MC, leading us through a night brimming with entertainment and fundraising.

We’re thrilled to be supported by an outstanding group of Scottish hospitality partners, who will be serving up flowing drinks and mouth-watering food to perfectly complement the festivities.

The evening begins with a high-energy Icebreaker to set the tone for the night ahead. From there, we dive into our raffles and auctions, bursting with incredible prizes. With his trademark charm and showmanship, Ian Thain returns to the stage, bringing flair, humour, and big-hearted bidding to help drive our fundraising mission forward.

Every penny raised goes towards HIT Scotland’s essential mission—funding scholarships and development opportunities for rising stars in Scottish hospitality.

And don’t slip away after dessert—Highland Fire will be lighting up the dance floor to close the night in style.

Please note, our payment terms are immediate.  Event bookings are not confirmed until the invoice has been paid in full.

HIT events are photographed & filmed and the images & footage may be used by HIT Scotland for publicity purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed please advise HIT or the events team at the time of booking.

HIT Scotland reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.  Cancellation within a week of the event date will be 100% of the cost.  If a paid booking is cancelled up to a week before the event, we can give you a credit note for the full amount to use for a future event, or we can refund you the cost minus any card payment fees incurred (if you paid by card either when booking at our website or paying the invoice online).  

The content of each event may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
