Join us on Thursday 9th November for the annual HIT London Lunch at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane. We are delighted to announce the renowned wine writer, author and broadcaster Will Lyons has agreed to be our guest speaker. Described by The Spectator magazine as having one of the finest palates in Britain, his expertise in the world of wine is evident through his weekly column, formerly featured in The Wall Street Journal and currently published in The Sunday Times. His humorous, informed, down-to-earth writing has been recognized in both the Glenfiddich and Roederer wine writing Awards and in 2022 his podcast Wine Times was named Podcast of the Year at the British Media Awards.

The London Lunch is also a fantastic opportunity to meet up with hospitality friends and colleagues from south of the border and enjoy the finest hospitality the capital has to offer.

Fundraising is vital to all that HIT Scotland does, allowing us to continue to empower inspirational development for the Scottish hospitality industry, through our scholarship programme, and we will have some wonderful raffle and auction prizes up for grabs on the day.

Timings: 12.30pm-4.30pm

Please note, our payment terms are immediate. Event bookings are not confirmed until the invoice has been paid in full.

HIT events are photographed & filmed and the images & footage may be used by HIT Scotland for publicity purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed please advise HIT or the events team at the time of booking.

HIT Scotland reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.  If the booking is cancelled up to a month before the event date, this will be 50% of the cost. If the booking is cancelled less than a month before the event date, this will be 100% of the cost.
