Warm Hearts - a Christmas Hit!

HIT Scotland are getting into the festive spirit to help the “Warm Hearts” song to reach the Christmas number one!

The song will be released in full just in time for the 2019 Christmas Chart Countdown, and our mission - should you choose to join us, is to help get this beautiful song to Christmas Number 1 whilst raising some funds for us here at HIT Scotland. Christmas is a time to come together, and that’s what the Warm Hearts Collective want us all to do!

See how you can get involved in the official music video, sing along and get your own version of the song, and help us share the #warmheartschristmas love! The official video will be getting it’s first play at the HIT Christmas Party on 28th November!

The wonderful Warm Hearts team want to make this a different type of campaign, they are seeking to share not only a beautifully written song (written by songwriter Colin Graham) with the world, but in turn to get as many people involved as they can in the true “Spirit of Christmas” which is the central theme to the song itself.

So how can you get involved? All the info is at their website www.warmheartschristmas.com 

1. How “Your Voice” Can Be Featured On This Year’s Christmas Single

If you, or you with your family, or you with your friends take a video of you singing the chorus to the song they will put your voice(s) on a recorded version layered with your vocals which will be able to be downloaded. If you are in a choir, singing group or band and want to get involved, similarly they would love to receive your versions of their chorus. See their website for the details!

2. “We are Warm Hearts” Videos and Pictures

If you are worried about singing, don’t be! They are getting as many people from all over the world to just send them a 5 second clip of them saying or speaking the following phrases:

“We are Warm Hearts” or “Warm Hearts are glowing”

This can be in any language and can be filmed from anywhere from your living room to the Grand Canyon. They would love as many of these as possible and some will be featuring in the official music video!

Alternatively just post a Warm Hearts Picture - like the HIT Scotland team did here recently! When sharing photos on social media all they ask is that you use the following hashtags to let them know you’re joining in! If you also tag in @HITScotland too!
