Paul Wilson is Managing Director of Xpress Recruitment, which impressively operates as the largest Scottish Hospitality & Retail Permanent Recruitment Company.

As well as being a Trustee, Paul has previously held the role of “Chair” of our prestigious HIT POETS lunch & HIT Industry Dinner. He is also a member of the Scottish Steering committee for Springboard UK Charity,  a founding member of the UK Buell Consulting Group and a member of the Institute of Hospitality.
