David is a Shining Star!

Shared Care Scotland recently gave David Cochrane of HIT Scotland a Shining Star Award in recognition of his support of Respitality, a programme that provides a unique way for Carers Centres and the Scottish Hospitality sector to work together to provide short breaks to unpaid carers.

They said:  "David has been a strong supporter of Respitality since the project took off in Scotland 4 years ago. His rich experience and knowledge of the hospitality sector has been a great support to Shared Care Scotland, especially in the beginning when we had very little knowledge or contacts in that sector. David has helped us build the reputation and awareness of Respitality within the Hospitality industry. He’s only ever a phone call or email away and he greets us with the same high level of enthusiasm every time, and we are very grateful to him for this."
